You shouldn't need a starter for modern fluorescent tubes like T5s - the control gear that runs them are high-frequency and do not require external starters.
Q2: What is the warranty for our lamps?

Q3: Can you replace t5 with LED?
Plug and Play, or direct wire, LED T5 lamps make switching from fluorescent to LED simple. These bulbs are easy and quick to install. Replacing the ballast in your current fixture won't be necessary, as it plugs directly into the fixture without any rewiring.
Q4: Can I use a t8 ballast for t5?
A T8 ballast is generally not compatible with a T5 linear fluorescent lamp. ... The pin sockets will only line up and complete a circuit in a correctly sized ballast. The exact design of each ballast differs across manufacturers.
Q5: How many watts does a t5 light use?
