Installation steps:
1.Drill Ø4mm holes on the surface
2.Put the expansion tube into the drilled hole
3.Using screws to lock the hook into the expansion tube
4.Align the lamp with the hook and lock it

Tips:
When disassembly, you can insert a screwdriver into the groove of the buckle, and then pry it out.

Installation steps:
1. According to the three holes of the sling fixing, drill Ø4mm holes on the surface, then put the expansion tube into the drilled hole, lastly use screws to lock the sling fixings.
2. According to the last picture, use a screwdriver to lock the hook into the end of the sling.

Remarks:

1. When unscrewing the rotating plug to replace the PCB and power supply, it needs to be replaced from the rotating head at the end of the lamp label.
2.Conventional products have a built-in 0.75mm2 line,

A2: We have 3-5 years warranty for our lamps.

Q3: How do you ensure the quality?
A3: We are working with four QC processes to guaranty the quality: 1. For raw materials; 2. During the half of production; 3.Final QC test one by one after aging 12 hours; 4. QC selects inspection of the packaged products.

Q4: How to do if any quality problems from our reason in the warranty time?
A4: First, take pictures or videos as proof and send to us, and then we will replace new ones for free.

Q5: OEM OR ODM accepted?
A5: Yes, we can do OEM & ODM, logo on the light or package both is available.

Q6: Can we get support if we have our own market position?

Q7: What's your MOQ? Can I order small quantity for testing at first order?
